• Work with local distributors and dealers to achieve annual revenue targets and dealer targets for the region.
• Market research and create brand awareness of glass treatment film products.
• Improve market understanding/awareness of film products and support business development strategy for new potential markets and geographic areas.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plan/strategy in architecture market.
• Set up distributor/sub-distributor/dealer network in appointed areas in architecture industries.
• Introduce new products to regional distributors and dealers.
• Provide sales training to regional distributors and dealers.

• Bachelor Degree.
• 3 years experience in developing, servicing and managing distributor and dealer network with a strong marketing background.
• Good oral and written English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in glass/building material/retail industries preferred.
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
